Arcade Fire - “The Suburbs” (Directed by Spike Jonze)
Back in April, word spread that director Spike Jonze was in Austin, Texas shooting a short film about “friends growing apart” to be used in promotion of Arcade Fire’s latest album, The Suburbs. Reps weren’t eager to confirm the reports at first, of course, but now, 7 months later, it has arrived: Watch the suburban teen drama (and violence) of Jonze’s official video for the LP’s title track above.
